Photo Frames Photoshop Software
Software to resize a photo, not crop it?
I want to print some digital photos as 3 x 4.5, and I can’t. They print as 4 x 6. So I want to adjust the entire photos to be 3 x 4.5 using some sort of software.
What will resize my photos? I could do this on photoshop 10 years ago, but seriously, I don’t have a program on my computer that will resize instead of crop! They all just crop!
I need something that makes the image smaller and puts a border around it so when I get it printed as a 4x 6, I can cut it down (with scissors) and put it into a 3 x 3 frame.
Thanks, got gimp and will see if that will fix my needs before I shell out $80!
